Tom's Custom Rods is comprised of not only Tom himself, but his son, Mike who handles design, decals and the maintenance of the website. He also has a team of fishermen on his pro staff, like Randy Yarnall and Bryan "BayBass" Novotny, Charles Prue and Billy Wiley who provide quality advice and feedback.
